I recently read an article on Talula's Table in Philadelphia, PA. They have a $108 eight course tasting menu that changes seasonally and is called The Farm Table. On the website is says to book your reservations by phone exactly one year in advance. The owner Aimee Olexy said, "We want our guests to remember it forever. Our staff puts the most incredible talent and heart in it daily. It really is a magical thing to be a part of." From the website, it looks like you can just stop in for breakfast or lunch without reservations.
I just had to share this because potential clients will wait (sometimes years) for their magical experience with your company! Give them something to anxiously look forward to, I promise you they will wait.
