Maybe this is dumb, but to me it's a serious question that I'm sure a lot of solo guys are wanting to know about. How did you employers know when it was time to hire. Some guys prefer being solo I'm sure... I've been working alone for 8 years and it's catching up with me. Sometimes I feel bored and think it'd be fun to work with someone but with truck payments and other bills I feel like it's a big leap into the unknown. I want to expand but I don't want to get stretched too thin. Plus, I have a good lock on my market where not too many guys know how to clean windows. I want to hire but can I afford it? And what if I hire someone that turns into competition. This is a serious amount of questioning for me... A lot a variables here... Any advise?
