Help me explain why these windows have this result. I used palmolive dish soap and water on the inside and water fed pole on the outside. The 3 windows above have 3 windows below that look normal. All windows looked normal(just dirty) before I started. The customer told me that the windows had tint on the inside before I started. Now they look like they need cleaning except for the clear stripe on the right of the window.. Additionally- and importantly- the center window appears to have condensation at the very top. Anyone seen this before? Am I liable for window replacement? Why do these windows look cloudy? I tried using the Unger microfiber speed cleaner in and out but saw no difference.
