Question Help! I've created a Monster!!!

I have a window cleaning business based in Hollywood that is number 1 in Los Angeles according to Yelp.

Yelp may not be popular everywhere in the country but in California, it's the go-to in finding a reputable contractor or business.

I've garnered 41 reviews; everyone of them 5 Stars!

Being number 1 in the second largest city in the country, I get approximately 15 calls a day and I only work every other day. (I'm 62 years old)

That is: one house that I clean for every 30 calls. I have no employees.

I've tried hiring but get either salty dogs with unbreakable bad habits or newbies that are just looking for work till they find something better.

My company grossed 6 figures last year. I have several A-List celebrity accounts.

What am I getting to? I want to sell the business.

It's a diamond in the rough.

The right proprietor with several employees could easily gross 1/2 million. That's right, I said it. $500,000.00!

Books are in order and I can verify the 15 calls a day.

I just don't know how to go about selling it.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Frank
