WFP Maintenance?

Just received my reach-it mini...seems like a great, well made tool. It did not come with any instructions at all though, kind of disappointing. What maintenance does it need, ie lube, cleaning, etc. Perry, will the new manual gave any maintenance info for the WFP in it?
