A little help please

I have a commercial window cleaning customer who has asked me to give then an estimate for cleaning an inside common area of an apartment bidding they manage. I don't have a ton of experience with that type of work and they are aware of that, however, any tips on how to price something like that would be helpful...square footage, hourly rate...it would include dusting, vacuuming and window cleaning. Thanks
