Been a longgggg time since I've been on the forum. Here to try and grease the skids for my son, Ethan. He is moving to the Boulder, Colorado area end of this month. He will be looking for employment in the window cleaning industry. He worked seasonally for me for 5 or 6 years then joined Al's Window Cleaning in Milwaukee, one of the largest window cleaning contractors in the state of Wisconsin. He is great with people and works a pace others find hard to keep up with. LOT'S of experience nose to glass on residential and commercial with squeegee and wfp. Plenty of experience with walk up and ladders up to 28 feet. Some experience with boom lifts up to 66 feet. Also experienced with various methods of carpet cleaning and grout color sealing. Moving for a change in scenery and to join his sister in sharing an apartment. Sober minded and hard working. Contact him directly if you want to strike up a conversation with him.
We all know how hard it can be to find good employees, especially ones that come with great people skills and well packaged window washing experience. If you are hiring, or know someone who is in the north Denver metro and Boulder areas, you will want to have a look at Ethan. Sure, he's my son, and honestly us working together didn't end so well; father/son + boss/employee can get real complicated. However, as an 8 year owner operator of a multiple service cleaning business with 10 employees if his resume came across my desk I would pick up the phone before going deeper in the candidate pile.
Here's is his contact info:
