Triple pane window for sound proofing.

Hey guys and gals I have a question about some windows I did this past Monday. They are Milgard triple pane glass vinyl frames. They are made for sound deadening. From the outside they look like a normal vinyl window with a double pane thermal unit installed then there is a 2" space between the single pane on the interior of window. The single pane is held in with vinyl strips that can be removed for cleaning. I hope that can give you a good enough pic in head, but I will post pics when I have time.

The Problem is moister builds up from the heat/ cold fluctuation and condensates on the inside of the double pane of glass. Does anyone know of a product that can be purchased and installed between the single pane and the thermal pane? Just a little research for the home owner that Im doing. The brainstorming that comes from this site is phenomenal and know there will be some answers out there.

Thank you for any and all input you all are great.
