Stainless steel cleaner residue on windows!

Hi all, ive been window cleaning for about a year now and have never ran into anything like this. With this being said I am also new to this forum so if this post is in the wrong section please let me know!

So I used to clean windows for a local pizzeria until they went out of business. A few months later a new pizzeria moved in and they cleaned the window trim with stainless steel cleaner and some of it ran down the windows where it later baked in the sun for 3-4 weeks and left white ish lines on the glass that I cannot seem to get off. I'm not sure if there is a certain type of scrub pad that is abrasive but not to abrasive to scratch the glass or certain chemicals to use for removal of these lines so any input is greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance!

Liquidator, because it liquidates my cash flow.

Not happy at all, iv been picking up those stupid blue clips every other double hung, starting to cost me money. How could they not fix this prior to release? Not to mention the handle is cheap cheap cheap and keeps "swiveling" on me. On the job right now and not impressed with the product by any means.

How important is it to have "window cleaning" in my URL?

What the title says. Basically, I've done some research into available URL's and have determined that my best available options are either "wagnerwindowcleaningbend.com" or "wagnercleaningbend.com" (Bend is the name of the town where I operate, also simply 'wagnerwindowcleaning.com' is not available, so I'm looking for the next best option.)
I prefer the second opthion (wagnercleaningbend.com) because it is cleaner and shorter, but I'm worried that not having the phrase "window cleaning" in my URL may negatively affect SEO. How big of an issue is this? Would love to hear som experienced opinions.
