Waiver For Power Washing

I have a pre Existing Conditions Waiver and Tempered Glass Waiver I use for window cleaning, this year we are adding power washing. Do you guys find a damage or pre existing waiver needed for pressure washing? I tried to do some searches and found some that said it was needed and some that said it wasn't. What do you think. Also if someone could PM me one I could look at it would help me to see what I should include in mine. All my internet searches only turned up very complex documents that basically said it's not my fault if your house explodes, it seemed like more than I need. I appreciate the help.

RO/DI Systems Specs? What if . . .

Wouldn't it be nice if



all pure water systems had a gpm output/range of output rating?



based on input gpm, temp and psi etc



Power washers have their gpm rating . . .



all right there in the product specs



how else can a buyer make informed decisions if he's not at a convention or wherehouse with all systems in opertation to physically check out?



the IPC dolly states it has unique ability for more flow without a pump



well how much more flow? what is that capability? or range of it?



what about the apollo system?



what about the . . .



I understand output pump systems are specced at the pump's, but we're talking non-pump production or booster pump and the ro output at the given input



who wants to buy it just to see what the flow really is?



I am surprised the manufacturers have not put output ratings so buyers can make better informed decisions based on their needs



am i alone in this thought?

High dusting arsenal?

So, besides Home Depot style feather dusters, microfibre pads, etc, what does everybody like for high dusting? As in, light fixtures, ductwork, etc?



Looking for something that can be attached to a shop vac???



I'm talking about the stuff you do with poles, not out of a lift or ladder (pretty easy). We use the basic dusters on 30' poles, and sometimes compressed air, but still haven't got exactly what we want. What works for you?
